Enjoy Morocco from the sky

Go to our booking page, choose your date, the number of passengers, and indicate where you are staying in Marrakech, confirm your reservation then click to pay the amount due … and prepare for an extraordinary experience !

The day before your flight date, you will receive a confirmation email with the time of your shuttle and the meeting location. Your email must be functional and consultable during the afternoon to read this information.

Transfer to base

A private 4x4 will pick you up from your accommodation in Marrakech, currently around 1h30 before sunrise, confirmed the day before by the reservations department.

The air base

You are transported to the base camp north of the Palmeraie in approximately 40 minutes.

Boarding

You take your seat in your private compartment aboard the balloon.

The flight

You enjoy Morocco seen from the sky (Jbilet Mountains, Oued Tensift valley, Atlas and Marrakech views depending on the wind) for approximately 30 minutes, an hour on certain days with free upgrade which includes breakfast in a caidal tent on return to base camp.

Useful information

01. Advices: The hot air balloon is not connected to the ground, therefore the flight does not give rise to dizziness.

It is cold in winter and you must cover yourself accordingly, especially before the flight.

A cap or bonnet prevents the return of heat from the burner on the head and allows a more comfortable flight.

Flat shoes (sports or other types) are adapted to the raw nature of the terrain on which we operate.
02. Restrictions: Pregnant women over 5 months
Children under 8 years old
Pets
People who have undergone surgery less than 6 months ago
People wearing a cast or splint
People suffering from serious back pain
People who are alcoholic or under the influence of hallucinogenic substances
Backpacks or other luggage are not accepted in the basket and can be left in the transport vehicle.
03. Warning: Please note: Any delay of more than 10 minutes at the meeting point is exposing you to the departure of the transportation without you, your flight will then be lost without any option of being refunded or postponed to another date.

Please note: if you were unable to provide your place of residence when booking, you must complete your reservation at least 24 hours in advance and be able to receive your confirmation email.

A shuttle will be waiting for you at the meeting point.

be on time not to make other passengers wait: more than 10 minutes late and you will miss the flight.

Once the vehicle is full with the passengers of the day (maximum 14 passengers per vehicle), you will be driven to our flight zone located 25 kms north of Marrakech, in a desert place with traditional Moroccan villages: Jbilet and its mountains at North of the palm tree cove of Marrakech.

After about 40 minutes of driving out of Marrakech, first on the road and then through the bush of the beautiful region of Rhamna, you will reach our Camp located next to the village (Douar) of Oulad El Garn.

In case of special weather, it may happen to move the take-off location to a nearby area more suited to the conditions of the day.

In case of impossibility to fly for meteorological reasons, you will be reimbursed 100% or you will be able to postpone your flight to another date depending on your choice and our availability.

For all flights: You will take place in your hot air balloon according to the instructions of the Pilot and the ground team: Please note, you can be separated when placed in the basket according to the weight balance of the Balloon .

Your Pilot gives you a safety briefing, and off you go to admire Morocco from the sky.

The flight allows you to climb several hundred meters. Flight duration between 30 and 40 minutes.

Landing, recovery of passengers by shuttle and return to your place of residence with a lot of memories and beautiful photos taken during this adventure on your mobile phone or with your camera. Independent service offering videos of your experience on request at an additional cost and subject to availability.
